Our products are crafted with utmost care, designed to meet your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products, returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival.

Samples

We understand the importance of getting the details right. Prior to ordering please view the images of our products on our website, if you are still unsure material samples can be sent to you upon request for a small fee. contact us at contact@pitchdesignco.com.

Returns Process

In the rare event of a damaged product, we offer free returns. Please contact us at contact@pitchdesignco.com, and we will provide a label for the return.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, as we start crafting your products, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged in transit

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos before unpackaging. This documentation helps us address the issue promptly and ensures a smooth resolution.

Processing time

Since all our products are made-to-order, please allow a processing time of 5 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we build your customisable order. Estimated delivery times are visible before checkout. 

Delivery time

For orders within the UK, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. EU orders may take 2-5 business days. Our products are carefully protected and packaged in cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Assembly

Our customisable products are designed to be self-assembled to your convenience, tools are provided with clear assembly instructions inside the packaging. 

Custom

Please note that these terms and conditions apply to our standard customisable products in our shop. Custom designs, as discussed in initial consultations, will have separate terms clearly communicated.
